Professor Christie did her Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry at MIT, and she has been teaching Chemistry and Biology at the Experimental Study Group. Her Kitchen Chemistry course teaches Chemistry by baking and cooking and continues to be one of the most popular courses at MIT.
